Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held.

Documents submitted for verification are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours under standard conditions. During Pakistan Super League season and major T20 cricket events, 777pkr activates leaderboard competitions, point multiplier periods and special prize pools. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the event. VIP members may receive enhanced multipliers or exclusive prizes as part of their tier benefits during these events.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Fish games and bingo may contribute at a different rate depending on the specific promotion. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms. If a game is not listed, its contribution rate defaults to 0% for that promotion.
Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk wagering strategies, multi-accounting, use of bots or any other method designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine play will be treated as bonus abuse. 777pkr reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings in such cases.
The 777pkr VIP Club has three tiers: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tier progression is based on cumulative wagering activity measured over a rolling period. Details of the tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits are set out on the VIP page.
VIP tiers are reviewed on a rolling 30-day cycle for Silver and Gold members, and a rolling 60-day cycle for Platinum members. If a player's activity over the review period falls below the threshold for their current tier, the account may be moved to a lower tier at the next review date. Players are notified before a tier downgrade takes effect.
Weekly cashback is calculated automatically across the Monday to Sunday period. Credits are applied to accounts by Wednesday of the following week. Cashback is applied as bonus credit and is subject to a single-rollover wagering requirement before it becomes withdrawable. There is no manual claim process required.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777pkr. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and permanent exclusion from the platform.
When a breach of Section 8 is confirmed, 777pkr reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the period of the breach, close the account without notice, retain any balance as recovery against demonstrated losses and report the activity to relevant parties where legally required.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 777pkr's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus credits) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline.
777pkr reserves the right to close any account where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy, or where the account has been dormant for more than 12 consecutive months without any login activity.
Accounts inactive for 12 months or more are considered dormant. A dormant account with a positive balance will be notified by email before any administrative fee is applied. Where an account remains dormant for 24 months, 777pkr may apply a monthly maintenance charge to the remaining balance, not exceeding PKR 200 per month. The account holder retains the right to claim their remaining balance at any point by reactivating the account.
